Since 2010, JacVapour has been supplying UK consumers with an alternative to cigarettes. Today, this includes cigalikes, bigger e cigs, and a 510 version of their 650-mAh battery. JacVapour also carries e liquid in three styles.
A long list of starter kits gives consumers several options if they want to be introduced to vaping at a reasonable price. These include their Social V3i Tank Kit for £27.99, £36.99 VGo 2 Manual 650 Kit, and a 510 version priced 2 pounds more. Their cheapest is a Social V3i Kit for £24.99.
This last one comes with 1 battery and it’s a cigalike battery. You choose a 55-mm, 65-mm, or 78-mm battery, automatic or manual, and one of several colored tips. The Basic V3i Kit contains a second battery: it’s your better bet since no single cigalike battery featuring 150, 180, or 280 mAh will be sufficient to last more than a few hours; 4 hours max. Replacements cost £11.99 or you could order a manual pass-through device for another pound.
The V3i Tank Kit comes with 3 V3i mini tanks, a USB charger, mains adapter, and a magnetic flip top box.
Choose the 510 Twist Kit and your device isn’t quite as powerful as the VGo Manual: 400 mAh instead of 650 mAh and £41.99 as opposed to £36.99, but with the option to change voltage, your battery could last as long. A 510 battery is short but wide, so its length will not be affected by a change of style. In fact, you might discover that it is comparable to a V3i unless you have particularly small hands. The Twist comes with 2 batteries and a dual coil Evod tank: just one.
If I had to choose one battery and two tanks or two batteries and one tank I would pick the former configuration, but two of each would make more sense, especially at the price. I know UK taxes are heavy, but prices like this explain the popularity of American online vape stores that deal with international customers. Shipping costs aren’t that bad.
Three menus are Standard 80/20 juices, UK-made e juices (which leads to wondering where the Standard juices are from), and Vaporless Clear e liquids. In some cases a high-vegetable glycerin version joins its propylene glycol-dominant cousin. Flavors for the Standard line include Cherry, Chocolate, Cappuccino, and Grape. JacVapour also carries tobacco in multiple styles (Middle Eastern and American, for instance) and menthol.
The UK e juices reflect UK tastes. They love their toffee and “squash” (cordial), for instance. Blackcurrant Squash is like Ribena. Toffee could be a Wurther’s style juice. They also have Banana Milkshake, Real Raspberry, Real Tobacco Lite, and more. Some of these have been translated into the “Clear” style which is virtually cloudless as long as you hold the vapor in your lungs for a second before exhaling.
In the UK, this is regarded as one of the finest lines available. Their products compete with big labels from the US in spite of high price tags, perhaps in part because of the UK-spin they put on their e juice menu.
